SYNOPSIS
Returns the Privileges in an Oracle DB
SYNTAX
Get-OraclePrivileges [-TargetDB] <String[]> [[-SQLFilter] <String>] [[-DBUser] <String>] [-PasswordPrompt]
[[-Parallelism] <Int32>] [<CommonParameters>]
DESCRIPTION
This function returns the Privileges for users and roles in an Oracle DB
PARAMETERS

It can check several databases at once
