NAME ConvertTo-UrlParameters
SYNOPSIS
Converts a custom object to correctly encoded url parameters
SYNTAX
ConvertTo-UrlParameters [-Data] <PSObject> [-StartWithQuestionmark] [<CommonParameters>]
DESCRIPTION
When I need a lot of url parameters this function helps me
with encoding and concatenating them using ? and &.
