Creates a "microsoft.graph.groupLifecyclePolicy" object.

DESCRIPTION

Adds a "microsoft.graph.groupLifecyclePolicy" object to the "groupLifecyclePolicies" collection.

A required ID for referencing a "microsoft.graph.group" object in the "groups" collection.
