NAME Set-UserSettings
SYNOPSIS
Stores a UserSettings-object to "$SolutionRootPath/.pentia/user-settings.json". Any existing file is overwritten.

Set-UserSettings [[-SolutionRootPath] <String>] [-Settings] <UserSettings> [-WhatIf] [-Confirm]

OPTIONAL - Settings are saved to "$SolutionRootPath/.pentia/user-settings.json". The current directory ($PWD)
is used as a fallback.
