SYNOPSIS
Add permission for a specific Azure DevOps libary
SYNTAX
Add-AzDoLibrarySecurityRole [[-AzDoConnection] <AzDoConnectObject>] [[-ApiVersion] <String>] [-RoleName] <String>
[-UserOrGroupName] <String> [-WhatIf] [-Confirm] [<CommonParameters>]
DESCRIPTION
The command will add the permissions for the specificed variable group
