SYNOPSIS
This command provides the ability to add a new member to an existing Azure DevOps security group
SYNTAX
Add-AzDoSecurityGroupMember [[-AzDoConnection] <AzDoConnectObject>] [[-ApiVersion] <String>] [[-GroupName]
<String>] [[-MemberName] <String>] [-WhatIf] [-Confirm] [<CommonParameters>]
DESCRIPTION
The command will add the speciifed user/group to the security group as a member
