SYNOPSIS
Create a new user.
SYNTAX
New-CouchDBUser [[-Server] <String>] [[-Port] <Int32>] [-Userid] <String> [-Password] <SecureString> [[-Roles]
<Array>] [[-Authorization] <String>] [-Ssl] [<CommonParameters>]
DESCRIPTION
Create a new CouchDB user with roles.
PARAMETERS
-Server <String>
The CouchDB server name. Default is localhost.
