SYNOPSIS
Resizes an existing virtual disk to be larger or smaller.

DESCRIPTION
The Resize-VirtualDisk cmdlet resizes an existing virtual disk to be larger or smaller.
Note: The ability to expand or shrink is vendor specific.
Note: If there is a partition on the virtual disk, then the partition must also be resized in order for the client to have additional space on the disk
surfaced to Windows.

-CimSession [<CimSession[]>]
Runs the cmdlet in a remote session or on a remote computer. Enter a computer name or a session object, such as the output of a New-CimSession or
Get-CimSession cmdlet. The default is the current session on the local computer.
