NAME Update-HostStorageCache
SYNOPSIS
Initiates an update on the host storage cache to reflect the current status of storage.
SYNTAX
Update-HostStorageCache [-CimSession <CimSession[]>] [-ThrottleLimit <Int32>] [<CommonParameters>]
DESCRIPTION
The Update-HostStorageCache cmdlet initiates an update on the host storage cache to reflect the current status of storage. This is equivalent to a VDS
Rescan, in that it will re-enumerate Disk, Partition, and Volume objects.
PARAMETERS
-CimSession [<CimSession[]>]
Runs the cmdlet in a remote session or on a remote computer. Enter a computer name or a session object, such as the output of a New-CimSession or
Get-CimSession cmdlet. The default is the current session on the local computer.

computer. The throttle limit applies only to the current cmdlet, not to the session or to the computer.
